Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort Groundbreaking

Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort has broken ground! The project will consist of four phases, each featuring a different product offering. Phase I, the Beach Villas, will offer 14 gulf-front homes; Phase II, Waterside Retreat, located on Front Beach Road, includes 16 single-family homes; Phase III, Beach Cottages, will feature 37 homes; and Phase IV, Surf Bungalows, will feature 51 tiny homes. The amenities will debut between Phases II and III and include a restaurant and bar, an expansive resort oasis pool, a 425-foot lazy river, poolside cabanas, a pickleball court, a large activity lawn, nearly 600 feet of dedicated beachfront, on-site resort and rental management, and more.

The residential beach development is located on Front Beach Road, three miles east of Pier Park near Crane Street, and
beside the Bid-a-Wee Community. Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort will offer a rare opportunity to build a new beach
front home on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach.
